the third quarter of fiscal 2005 ended September 30.
The release of the results will be followed by a company-hosted conference call at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time, November
8, 2005. During the conference call, Dr. Francesco Bellini, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and
Mr. Mariano Rodriguez, Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will present the progress of the
